Parties

The provider is the sole proprietor KERME SHOP (details at the end). The customer is a company or a sole proprietor who paid for a subscription to a service of the basportal.shop portal.

Subject

The provider gives access to the chosen service (Kerme, BCRM and others) for the period and within the chosen plan: team members, modules, file storage.

Price and payment

Plan and module prices are shown on the payment page. Payment is by a Kaspi invoice to the customer's phone number. Discounts and promotions apply automatically and are shown in the total before payment.

When the service is provided

Access is switched on as soon as the payment arrives; the period runs from the end of the current paid period. The customer gets a WhatsApp message, and the account shows “Paid until …”.

If not paid

After the paid or free period ends there are grace days; then the service is view-only: no data is deleted, but nothing new can be created until payment.

Refunds

The customer can cancel the subscription at any time. Money for full unused months is returned on request to support within 10 business days to the same Kaspi number.

Liability

The provider is liable for the service and the safety of the customer's data up to the price of the paid period; the customer is responsible for the lawfulness of the data they enter.
