Who processes the data

The operator of the basportal.shop portal and of Kerme, BCRM and other services on it is TRADE COUNTRY LLP (BIN 190540010854, Almaty). Subscription payments are received by the sole proprietor KERME SHOP, who gets only the data needed for the invoice.

What we collect

Your phone number and name to sign in; the data you enter in the services (deals, orders, clients, photos, notes); call and visit recordings — only if you turn them on and the client agrees; precise location — only when checking in to a visit and only while the app is open; crash data.

Why

To make the services work: sign-in, sync between phones and computers, notifications, support and invoices. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

On a server in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Data is sent over a secure connection (HTTPS).

Who receives it

Only processors that help the service work: sending codes on WhatsApp, speech recognition (Yandex Cloud, Kazakhstan) if you turn on visit reports, and the PBX you connected yourself.

How long

As long as you have an account. After a deletion request the data is erased within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep longer (such as payment documents).

Your rights

You can get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. How to delete the account is on the “Data deletion” page.
