Deleting your account and data

In the app

Kerme: “Profile” → “Delete account”. BCRM: the account menu (top right) → “Delete account”. Access is closed at once.

Without the app

Email privacy@basportal.shop from the account's phone number (or include it in the email) — we will confirm and delete.

What is deleted

The account, its data and files — within 30 days. If you own a company with other team members, its data stays with the company until the owner deletes it. Payment documents are kept as long as the law requires.
